Whitney Uland
Whitney is a coach and educator with a massive body of knowledge and a rapidly growing audience. She came to Trusted Friends Agency because she had more demand than she could personally handle — and no system in place to convert that demand without her being on every single call. We were brought in to build a sales system that could do the heavy lifting, so Whitney could focus on delivery and growing her business.

Whitney had more leads than she had time to close. She was spending the majority of her week on sales calls — many with people who were never going to buy — leaving almost no time for delivering her programs, creating content, or growing the business.
On top of that, her existing systems were literally crashing under the volume. A previous agency had set her up on a platform that wasn’t the right fit, and she wasn’t getting the support she needed to use it effectively. She was losing leads, burning out, and stuck on the sales-call hamster wheel.

Stacey is a divorce coach who helps women navigate family court. She came to Trusted Friends Agency overwhelmed — doing too many consult calls, working too many days, and spread thin across every part of her business. Stacey didn’t have a system to help her scale without using more of her time. Every sale required her to be directly involved. She was working five days a week, handling sales calls and delivery, and her business was running her rather than the other way around.
She could serve a maximum of about 20 clients at a time, and increasing that number would have meant increasing the number of hours she worked — which was the opposite of what she wanted.
